California Trees from Nevada County

A friend of mine from Germany wanted to know what kind of trees we have in California, and I thought wow, that’s a tough question to answer because we have so many. To make the answer easier, I went for a walk and documented all the different trees that I saw with my camera. These are all trees from the foothills of the Sierra Nevada in California’s Nevada County. A very limited sample but a good start. I’m not a tree expert, so if you notice any errors please let me know. I hope you enjoy this small sample list of California trees from Nevada County!
